Main areas of responsibility: I am the Director of Technology Support Services at SUNY Adirondack. I manage our support team along with any projects that may come our way. I also get my hands dirty from time to time with support issues across campus.
Other Experience: I have been in the IT field for 19 years. I started out as a Support Tech for SUNY Oneonta and got my first post college job as a Support Tech in 2006. I have held many positions over the years covering many areas of IT. Before coming to SUNY Adirondack I was a Systems Administrator at a software company where I managed all of IT including our AWS Cloud environment. Before that I was the Service Desk Supervisor for a local medical device company.
Other Interests: Outside of work I love spending time with my wife and 2 year old daughter. I also am an avid video gamer and guitar player.
